...wild dogs....

...hey everyone, long time no blog eh??? lol...i am still alive and kickin and still going at the weight loss!!...

I go to the gym at least 3 times a week still....i change my routine everytime i go. I am down to 218 and 37% body fat:) Its a slow process, and no one seems to know why....going to go see the dr and see if there is something else i can do.

well that is it for today...nothing too exciting...lol

...its my ilfe, its now or never.....

...Ok my only news today is this...i weighed myself today after a week...i was kinda upset that i only lost 4 pounds BUT...my body fat went from 47% to 39%!!!!!!! If you ask me that is pretty awesome!!!...I guess my boring meals of chicken breast, veggies and rice is working...lol

My diet consists of this on a normal work day...(i work at mcdonalds if i haven't told ya that)

breaky- an egg and a sausage (i cut out the cheese) and a small coffee double double (i cut this down from a large)
mid afternoon- fruit and yogurt parfait with granola
lunch- a tuscan salad
mid afternoon- apple slices
dinner- a protein (usually a chicken breast), 1/2 cup of white rice, and some kind of veggie or a small salad
nighttime- some almonds or once a week a small bowl of regular lays chips

Plus i drink around 64oz of water at work and when i get home usually 2-3 more glasses. I have never been a huge pop drinker, so that is good. Sometimes i will have a green tea before bed but not very often.

Pretty boring eh??? lol

....the more things change, the more they stay the same....

Hey everyone:) Just a few updates for ya!! I have been going to the gym for 3 days a week...and i feel great. So a little story...a friend of mine gave me some large concert shirts and guess what?? THEY FIT!!! I was doing the happy dance when i tried them on and they fit!! So i guess the gym is really working.

I cheated this weekend food wise though, i had tacos and some coolers...shhhhhhhhhh don't tell my trainer! lol I figure once a week is ok to cheat though....and once a month for some drinks should be good:)

...come on feel the noise, girls rock your boys....

...hey everyone...gee i am not very good at updating this am i?? So the last few days have been all about work, no time for the gym:( But i am going today....actually as soon as i am done this!! lol

I have a little tip for everyone...i started keeping a food/fitness journal. I started it because of my stomach issues, to see if something else is bothering me besides the gluten. But i find it helps when i look back and see what i did at the gym and to help my trainer see what i am eating and if there is anything i can cut out.

I am still feeling good (despite my legs feeling like jello on a daily basis!! lol)....and am still doing all i can. :)

I know some of you have started on a journey too....i will be there to support you too, because i know how hard it is:)
